Late at night on June 11, a 48-year-old unemployed man was found unconscious sitting on a chair in the living room of his rented unit in Sham Shui Po. His wife, who had moved out previously, came to check on him after the landlord reported unpaid rent. Paramedics rushed him to the hospital, but he was later certified dead.
