In the evening, a 44-year-old man who had recently been diagnosed with a respiratory infection was found unconscious in his room by his family in a unit in Kowloon City. He had previously complained to his father about feeling unwell before resting. Paramedics sent him to the hospital for emergency treatment, but he was unfortunately certified dead.
