In the afternoon, a 47-year-old mainland man holding a Two-Way Permit was found unconscious inside a private car parked near a warehouse in Lok Ma Chau. His colleague discovered the situation and immediately called the police. Paramedics arrived and, upon examination, confirmed that he had already passed away at the scene. He reportedly had underlying health conditions.
