A 4-year-old boy drowned while playing in Deep Water Bay. The boy has no sign of life when he was rescued back to the shore. The lifeguard immediately operated the AED and performed CPR, and the boy regained consciousness after about 3 rescue cycles. The boy was later delivered to hospital and was confirmed alive after treatment.
