A 3-year-old child drowned in the private pool of a house in Tai Po in the afternoon. He was unconscious when his family rescued him. The boy was sent to Nethersole Hospital but died after rescue. The initial police investigation classified the case as " Ill-treatment or neglect by those in charge of child or young person."
