A 50 years old man fainted suddenly during the Easter trip to the Maldives and was certified dead after being sent to hospital for rescue. The deceased travelled to Maldives from Hong Kong to dive more than a dozen friends. During the dive, the deceased once replaced the oxygen tank and felt unwell after returned to dive. He went to the hospital for medical treatment, and was discharged after treatment. One day later, the deceased suddenly fainted during breakfast and was certified dead after being sent to hospital for rescue.
