A 21-year-old man fell into a coma at a tattoo parlor in Mongkok in the afternoon. He was sent to the hospital by and gradually recovered and is staying in the hospital for observation. The victim is having a tattoo procedure and fell into coma during anesthesia. It is also known that the victim has a history of epilepsy.
