Brookhaven Police officer Sarah Miller recounts how she used AED to restart man's heart


A male construction worker Carlos Moran  was saved by a police officer on patrol after being electrocuted in Georgia, USA.  He was revived by the AED installed in the police patrol car, and her on-duty camera captured the rescue process.

Police officer Sarah Miller heard a loud noise while on patrol in a shopping center carpark on 21 Nov.. "I saw smoke rising and the lights shopping center is blacked out. So I went around to check it out" according to Office Miller. 

She found a crowd gathered with 2 men replica longines master collection watches on the ground unconscious, with someone yelling "he has stopped breathing"... She spent the next 5-10 minutes trying to revive the victim using the AED and CPR with the help of his co-workers. She said it was remarkable to see him breathing again!

Doctor at the Hospital explained that Mr Moran was a very lucky man and likely to recover from this incident.
